Stop Smoking – One Time. This Time.

I have an online friend that has a killer addiction recovery website called, Spiritual River. The site is great because Patrick is writing from the heart about all this stuff. He’s been there – and has successfully tackled in his own life addictions for:

  • Alcohol
  • Cigarettes
  • Narcotics

He is a great writer and expresses things in a way that makes SO MUCH SENSE you can’t ignore it. I worked with people with various addictions in the past and it’s a tough tough job. It’s very tough to be able to talk someone into accepting the help they need.

Today Patrick reviewed a book that is destined to be the top selling stop smoking book on the planet:

Stop smoking today with Kicking Smoking's Ass! Book by Mike Fook

Kicking Smoking’s Ass!

Have a look!

Aloha,

Vern

One Response to “Stop Smoking – One Time. This Time.”

  1. What a terrible habit, and one of the hardest to kick.

I had to finally make a commitment and choose to quit. I tell people who often ask how I was able to quit smoking, here is what I always say.

“I tried to quit smoking hundreds of times, then I made the decision and did!”

Mentally it is one of the hardest habits you will ever have to break, though once you do, it is worth it!
