I didn't check! Someone left a comment on the video at youtube that the ones walking it were attached to a wire that runs along the side of the cliff. But, the guy filming doesn't appear to be attached to anything because where others clip off and re-clip, he doesn't seem to slow down at all. Scary stuff - great video whoever took it.
