Lanai City – 3,164 people live in the most populous city on Lanai island.
Beaches
Hulopoe Beach
In the late 1990′s this beach was named the ultimate beach, the best beach in the United States by “Dr. Beach”. Many palm trees and golden, soft sand make this beach ideal for just about everything. Great for a family – but, do be aware that Lanai is a very small island and there is little else to do but go back to basics. The picnic area is lovely with grass, tables, BBQ stands, and of course the usual restrooms and showers. Camping is allowed!
