You CAN change how you’re treated by large companies. Twitter is bringing that reality to life…
I had an experience with a small HP Mini 1001tu netbook computer I bought recently here in Thailand. If you’re dealing with any large company like HP internationally you’re going to find it more difficult to get what you want. You should not settle – some things are unacceptable in USA or abroad.
Initially I was told I’d need to wait 3 months for a hard drive and pay $300 to replace the hard drive versus $425 to buy a whole new computer.
This was, of course – out of the question and I set about “making it right” by Tweeting until my beak was sore on Twitter about how I was going to set this HP notebook on fire for YouTube and drag it behind my motorbike all over this Thailand tourist packed town…
