Yes, we started the poke (“po-kay”) craze on the mainland

If you haven't gone for a "Poke Bowl" you don't know what you're missing and I highly recommend that (right after you read this) you drop what your're doing and head for the nearest poke bowl shop and start eating!  Poke is the Hawaiian term for marinated raw fish (typically but not necessarily Ahi tuna)
